Retreating is right around the corner!

This coming Saturday I'm headed out to Mexico to teach our annual retreat at Villa Ananda. Beach, here I come! To those of you who have ever been interested in this retreat, or contemplated attending, we have another week in February. Each year this retreat has changed, grown, and become more special to me. I'm excited for the opportunity to be there again teaching and working with great people. Details on the February retreat will be up soon on my schedule page.
