Jamie Elmer Yoga: On the road again....

After a week and a half of camping and taking our time, we arrived in Los Angeles yesterday. I'm teaching here for the next four days at Exhale, Venice. So far, the last 24 hours has been really pleasant. Being back teaching at Exhale last night was great. Tobin found a great deal on a slightly used surf board for our up coming trip, and the pets are resting nicely in their posh, Motel 6 room near LAX!

After teaching here in L.A, we're headed to Baja Mexico for an extended road trip. Tobin is working on a mountain bike guide of the entire Baja area, and I'll be working on my Continued Education manual for yoga teachers and other fitness professionals. We left Colorado a week and a half ago and have had some good practice with our most current camping equipment. So far, so good. A little practice time in the States of being on the road again has put me at ease for leaving the country for an extended amount of time.
